This role requires good English skills.
Our Procurement Department focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with transport subcontractors (carriers), ensuring operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services to our clients across Scandinavia.
Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive organization and monitoring of international transport orders (FTL), with a focus on the Scandinavian market
- Planning and optimization of road transport routes in Northern Europe
- Negotiating rates and cooperation terms with clients and carriers
- Developing a network of subcontractors and building long-term partnerships
- Ensuring high service quality and on-time delivery
- Close cooperation with the operations team and active participation in department development
- Proactive search for new partners and carriers in the Scandinavian region
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road freight forwarding (FTL)
- Proven experience working with the Swedish or broader Scandinavian market (mandatory)
- Good command of English (knowledge of Swedish will be a strong advantage)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Independence, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
