Today we reached Kamila Dalkowska, Commercial Manager in GOPET Poland, who is currently looking for a candidate to be the new Customer Service Specialist in her Commercial Team.
So, Kamila, please explain who are you looking for, what kind of qualities should the applicant have, and what responsibilities will be awaiting our future colleague?
Kamila: I’m searching for a motivated and personable individual, that would be my key point.
You, as a Customer Service Specialist, should have developed communication skills – you’ll be working on building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service, so both verbal and written communication skills are here on top. But your work won’t be limited to managing daily emails or phone calls – we are looking for a real team player who understands the need to work together with operational teams and other company departments. That means should be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and partners to achieve common goals.
Then, you should have problem-solving abilities, this means you act quickly, promptly, and effectively in order to find the best solutions for problems that might arise during the transportation process. Also, the perfect candidate is detail-oriented, can manage multiple tasks, and prioritize them effectively.
To sum it up, you will be providing a high level of customer support on the company’s service. We are looking for a proactive decision-making candidate, with a willingness to help others thanks to his/her strong communication skills.
Our company provides training, but if you have prior experience in the Freight Forwarding industry as a Customer Service Representative or in Operations it will be a huge asset.”
