This role requires good English skills.
The Procurement Department is focused on keeping and developing successful business cooperation with transport subcontractors (carriers) to fulfill internal efficiency goals and meet all our clients’ performance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good command of the English language
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to make efficient decisions
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to develop and improve professional qualifications
The responsibilities of our future colleague:
- Comprehensive organization and ongoing monitoring of transport orders on the domestic and international market
- Planning and optimization of road transport routes
- Coordination of domestic LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments and supervision of their proper execution
- Negotiating rates and terms of cooperation with clients and carriers
- Developing a subcontractor base and building long-term business relationships
- Ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
- Cooperation with the operations team and active participation in the development of the department
