Following the recent events of COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak in Europe as a preventive measure, we want to inform you that we will accept your invoice and all related transport documents by email. We will count the term of payment from receiving all documents by e-mail, but only if the following conditions are applied:

  • One e-mail per transport order;
  • All documents should be sent in pdf as the maximum size of the file should be 10 MB;
  • All transport documents have to be readable colour copies;
  • Email subject must contain our transport order number as the pdf file should be named with the same number;
  • The documents have to be sent to invoicing@gopettrans.com;
  • Please keep all original documents and if we need them in future we would like to reserve our right to request them;
  • Regarding the current situation, we would like to inform you that there might be some slight delays in processing and payment of your documents.
