On Oct 24&25, we attended the Transport and Logistics Future Forum, aka „the most awesome event for the top management of transport and logistics in the CEE region”.
First edition, held in Lodz, a region in full economic boom, promised to bring together the who’s who in T&L and create the right environment to access tons of business insights, get inspired and network with the most relevant people in the industry in the CEE region.
As a dynamic player on the Polish market, with activities focused on all Europe, GOPET Poland could have not missed being present at such an event, especially when the talk of the day is about how disruptive technology could be for T&L.
We are dealing daily with all size businesses from all over Europe and from all industries, and one thing they have in common is their increasing need of end-to-end visibility. That creates continuously pressure for all the actors in the supply chains, and transportation is one key segment that needs to constantly adapt and innovate in order to meet ever-changing requirements.
Our conclusion after this event. There are 2 actually. It is good for any top manager to have such an immersion in the future, as we all need our inspiration dose.
Second conclusion is that T&L will be highly impacted by how quickly manages to adopt and implement agile technologies allowing efficiencies at all points of the supply chain.
